I hardly ever write negative reviews. My Vehicle was stolen from this lot Mid February 2025 I was traveling overseas when I noticed that my cars tracking device showed a different location. When I called Red Carpet Inn to confirm that it had been stolen I was told to call back in the morning. I persisted, asking them to check, since it's only a 5 second walk from reception / entrance to where the car should be. He told me he would check and to call back in 30 minutes. I called back and he said that it was there. My tracking device said otherwise. After calling the local police, they managed to locate my vehicle. It had been stolen, found and towed. One Stop Parking Refunded me in full which is why I'm giving 3 stars for customer service. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. My car had it's passenger side lock ripped out, the ignition lock was destroyed, there is damage to the front right side of the vehicle, the engine is damaged and the whole car was ransacked. The towing / storage company are charging over $1100 and I still don't have the bill for all the damage done. Red Carpet in refused to check / send video footage of their lot unless I go in person. The staff / management are completely unhelpful, unapologetic and nonchalant. It's probably best Not to park here.

No shuttle

I was shocked that this hotel was in a bad neighborhood. There were shady people hanging out there and the place reeked of pot. We parked our car in a lot that was wide open with no gates or protection. I was nervous that my car would be stolen, but I had no choice but to leave it there because I had to go to the airport. We will never park there again. BE WARNED!!!

We chose this lot due to the price and proximity to the airport. There is no shuttle so just be prepared to take cab (15 min;$19 Uber ride), the price overall still can’t be beat. The hotel is a bit sketchy but we left our car there for 3 weeks and had zero issues. I would park there again!

I've parked here on more than one occasion. Fast, reasonable. A shuttle would make it close to perfect

Currently no shuttle. Approximately $20 car ride to airport, $35 taxi back. Used airport taxi. Very quick and easy. Parking lot is a parking lot.

NOTE: I wanted to rate this a 4.5 or even a 5; however, the rating system won't let me because I scored "shuttle timeliness" low (there was no shuttle). This appears to be a shady or unsavory place to leave your car, and I'll admit we were a little uneasy. However, my family left two cars there, both relatively nice (a Honda CR-V and a Toyota mini van) and everything was fine upon our return. The hotel appears to be a lodging for homeless people or individuals in a transition of some sort. When we arrived, people were milling around the entrance and parking lot and said hi and were nice. Check in when smoothly: you park where you want, go to the counter inside, complete a few forms, and the process was done in a few minutes. The check-in staff was behind thick safety glass, which didn't calm our uneasiness. I mentioned that I was surprised we were leaving our car in a hotel parking lot and he said "don't worry, we have lots of cameras around and have never had a problem". Customer service was great. Our return flight was canceled and I emailed [email protected] to let them know. We received a reply a handful of hours later with the appropriate modification to the parking fee. Please note that, until further notice, there isn't a shuttle. We used Uber. The person arrived within a couple minutes, and the commute to EWR airport was 12-15 min including traffic. In summary: I would absolutely (and likely will) use this parking lot again.

Used this lot a few times. Car was there when I returned. Area is a bit…uuuh…sketchy. Lot is not very well lit. It’s lumpy and there were trees overhanging. It’s an open gate, so I knew how secure it is or if anyone ever checks on the cars. The people at the desk have been nice enough. There was no shuttle running when I was there, but the guy at the gate will call a car, (about $30), if you can’t get an Uber (about $15). Good luck getting an Uber driver to come there to pick you up at night. All that being said, it’s the cheapest place to park, but I would not leave a new or nice car there.

Very cheap to park there. Cheapest I could find. Due to Covid there was no shuttle service to airport but I was aware of that fact. I used an Uber. It was around $17 each way. The people at the desk were nice enough. It’s a small unsecured lot on the side of the hotel with some lighting. It is fenced in but anyone can walk or drive in or out. Area looked a tad sketchy and directly adjacent to what appeared to be a housing project. Took a chance and left SUV (older one) there around 10 days. It was fine when I returned and no problems, so I guess I can say this parking situation served it’s purpose.

Easy access back onto GS Parkway. Early morning shuttle to airport was on time and had short wait for pickup at terminal late at night on return. Both drivers courteous and friendly.

Quick and easy check in/check out process! Only 15min from EWR airport. They provide free shuttle on demand from 6AM to 12 AM. Great service at an affordable price. I would recommend it to everyone.

This parking was 10-15 min ride from airport which they shuttle you as per the time listed on instruction. Price was very reasonable compare to other parkings nearby. It is self park where you don't have to leave your keys. Lot was clean. My only biggest complaint is when we requested back to be picked up from the airport it took almost 50 min for driver to show up. He must have been somewhere who knows where. I called 3 times to the front desk to find out the whereabouts of the driver and they told me that they sent him already when I called first time and allow some time. That one thing was absolutely unacceptable where you don't respect your customers time and make them wait almost an hour for which it should take no more than 15 min. It was Sunday night so traffic was not an issue.

Great experience
