Absolutely disgusting overall. It’s a massively overcrowded open lot with the cars so close together that your car will get easily scratched. Hidden fees in the woodwork that crawl out and make your bill twice as high then you’re forced to park to not miss your flight.

Lot is dirty and dusty car worse condition then when I dropped off. Shuttle driver was fine going to airport but on way back from airport almost killed us with his reckless driving, taking corners fast not slowing for bumps and suspension bad on shutttle made ride very uncomfortable. Tried to save money on this trip never again!

I was told that they were not accepting vehicles that were reserved via/through OneStop. I asked what does that mean for my reservation and asked for furtger information but was told by the young man that he was told not to accrpt OneStop vehicles ...he did not ellaborate more and had a hard time communicating with me due to his Indian accent and my proper english.

They advertise an affordable rate and then will hit you with other fees, vehicle size, extra days, etc. So be ready to accept all their policies and pay double the price you initially reserved for, or find another lot. There is no customer service; they don't care and will say everything is policy. The shuttle timing is perfect.

the worse experience ever if i could give zero start for customer service i would. the guys there was so difficult to deal with. i called to let them know we had arrived and was ready for pick up they said 20-30min we waited for over 2 hours i called several time they ignored and hung up on my face. when he finally arrived 2 hours later some other presagers in the van was also complaining that they had to wait for over an hour to be picked up the driver was so upset he start speeding on the free way driving so crazy we all was scared and thought we was going to get into an accident. he didnt care how we felt and continued to drive crazy speeding even more until we got to the parking spot grabbed our car keys and run out of there in fair they were going to do other things to us.

Car was fine and everything was well except for pick up was delayed kept saying they were there and they weren’t. Waited a half hour for shuttle. Van was filthy and driver was texting the whole drive

Overall I’m happy with service, lot was a bit dusty. And someone took my phone charger which I accidentally forgot out of the car.

My family and I waited over 1 hour until after midnight for the shuttle. Horrible customer service experience with the owner. Place is a dump and management is a dump.

Lot needs to be repaved yesterday, had to get the car washed when we got home. On the plus side the personal were very friendly. We would use again.

Overall, terrible experience. I made a reservation here and paid the advertised price only to be surcharged $7 a day because I had an SUV. This was a rip off. I had no option than to pay otherwise I’d miss my flight. They only have one shuttle going back and forth and little communication with passengers. I had to pay for Uber to bring me back after waiting half an hour. I’ll not use this lot again and will definitely will not recommend to anyone I care about.

Charged an additional $50 upon arrival. The office was empty also. I found the attendant in another customer’s car on his phone. He insisted that my Q5 was an SUV but I stated it was not, he said I should find another lot to park. This was after they were called twice before we arrived to confirm our reservation. The person who picked up claimed they were not under part of One Stop parking but when I called the number again, while I was in the office, the cell phone on the counter rang showing my number. The only positive was the shuttle driver, he was much more pleasant to deal with. Don’t think I’ll be using them in the future. Be very aware.

I came at 11pm to drop off my car and had to be picked up at 4:30am by the shuttle. THere was someone who answered the phone quickly both times.

The driver coming back was great. My car happen to to turn off because it was sleeping so they gladly helped me with a boost 👍🏽They should work on there pick up time a bit more better but will go back to them no problem .

Policy regarding pick up of vehicle is unfair. I paid more for being 2 hours past stated time than the rate for 2days. The condition of the customer area is atrocious. Not paved and had numerous potholes filled with water. The steps leading to the office are not senior citizen friendly. There should be a step stool for the van. Will not be using this company again

Was surprised for the extra charge depending on your car size. There shouldn't be any surprises like that when you check in. The extra charge should be added when you book the reservation.

Quick shuttle no complaints. Easy to find and courteous staff. Shuttle is always quick to pick up when called. This time I was outside with sandals and a sweatshirt in 28 degrees and they were there in minutes.

Aardwolf should not be in business!! Just horrible never in 40 years have we had such an awful experience! First we couldn’t believe we we left our car looked like an impound lot then they charged us an extra $25 for our car .. the worst was we called multiple times for pick up at airport on return and they kept saying driver will be there in 10 minutes never showed finally after the 6th call he said take a cab to lot and he was not going to reimburse us waited in cab line for 15 minutes then driver miraculously called to say he was a few minutes away. Needless to say it was over 20 minutes and to top off he wanted to loop around and pick up other customers. To top it off when we got back to our car it was covered in bird poop and I mean covered. Words cannot describe how upset we were. DO NOT USE and should be taken off website
