It wasn't that easy to access the parking lot without being escorted onto the lot by an employee. The directions were not clear at all. The directions did not tell you that you had to go into a building and then you had to wait to be escorted, then if you wanted a ride to the cruise terminal you had to had called 24 hours in advance to make arrangements otherwise you had to pay a $25.00 shuttle fee on top of the parking fee, none of that was on the receipt or in normal font, you had to really look for it, I only found it when the employee that escorted me to the parking advise me of it when I questioned the $25.00 shuttle fee. the only thing the ticket or receipt mentioned was that the shuttle ran every hour on the hour, that was enough to start my vacation on the wrong foot. The parking lot is too far away from the cruise terminal 7 miles away.

The lot was hard to find as the address listed is NOT the actual address where the parking lot is. Once we arrived we made numerous phone calls were made and a representative finally gave directions on how to get to the parking lot. We were very cramped in transport vehicles as it could not accommodate the number of passengers being transported.

Not a well oiled machine by any strech .... 2hrs from 1st contact to port arrival so plan well ahead as confusion is the plan of the day. No clear directions as to how one meets up with "Jeff" then off to parking. should only have to show Reciept #s once going and return.. way to much texting because they cant figure out who their customers are. Pick another parking company ...

Do not book. The shuttle will charge you extra if you don’t read fine print. Also the shuttle just simply won’t show up to return you to your car when you return from vacation. We called for 1.5 hours for a return shuttle with no return contact. We called the main office and it was closed on Sundays. We called the customer service line and it’s actually the billing line. She was nice but could only tell us to wait over an hour and then call ourselves an Uber and keep all receipts and correspondence with the shuttle driver and they ma be able to reimburse us back the Uber cost to get back to our vehicle. After 1.5 hours we found an alternative transportation back to our cars. Never saw “Jeff the shuttle driver whose cell number we were given for communication.” Keep your family safe. We were waiting in the cold for 1.5 hours. Don’t book this service. Park at south pier where you can easily walk to your car. We felt like stranded hostages with our car locked up and no way to get there.

First of you are sent to a different location than where you are parked. then we waited 45 minutes for someone to come tell where to go to be met with someone who will let us inside a gate. then when we finally got there the Driver Charged mostly everyone an extra $25 because they said we were supposed to call 24 hours before pick up. Well when we booked we had a scheduled time why do we need to call?? Lastly, when we got off the Cruise Ship we we had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to come while all other shuttle companies had several shuttles come back and forth. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL WHATSOEVER ! I would rather pay more somewhere else!
