Check-in begins at 9:00 AM—please refrain from arriving earlier, as parking is not available before that time.
Shuttle service to the cruise port begins at 9:30 AM and runs until 2:00 PM. For returning passengers, shuttles begin operating at 8:00 AM.
Staff members are on-site to assist with any luggage or parking needs.
Return instructions will be provided during check-in for a smooth experience.
Shuttle service is included with your parking purchase. Tips for the driver are always appreciated!

The Parking Mall Jacksonville Premier Port Parking offers uncovered, self-parking.
The lot is located directly across from the Jacksonville Cruise Terminal. At the present moment, we ONLY offer service for the Carnival Elation cruise.
A Parking Mall Reservation includes a complimentary shuttle ride to & from the cruise terminal for Up To FOUR (4) Passengers of all ages.
