Cheaper than other places. Perfect service with shuttle and handling my car. Just keep in mind they will need your car key. As I knew it before, I made my car empty and didn’t leave any valuable stuff in my car just for peace of mind although they will take the best care of your car.

I only stumbled across this place looking for a cheaper alternative to park n fly. I was apprehensive at first because the cost is so much cheaper. You do have to be mindful that this is a separate buisness and has operating hours to consider. After 10 days I came back to a shuttle that arrived quickly to airport after I phoned. I came back to the buisness expecting to clean off my car and warm it up, they had moved my car to the main door, had it cleaned off and warming up which meant the world to me after a long trip. Definitely would recommend

Overall good service but due to lack of signs and instructions both google and apple maps did not give proper directions to location and the only signs they have is for Car Rental not One Stop Parking which was confusing.

Staff were wonderful, the whole process was quick and efficient and I would highly recommend to others and would use them again anytime I need to park and fly!

A wonderful and cost effective alternative to airport parking

We were quite impressed with the service. It was nice to just get off the plane and call the provided shuttle number.

This was the first and last time using this service. No signage to say where to enter just shows car rentals. Experience was dreadful right from the moment that I walked in there. What I returned to was even worse. There had been some snow as I walked out of the shuttle the ground was completely covered in ice and the driver did not mention that there was ice you could not see it. As I stepped out of the shuttle bus as I put my foot down it completely slipped out, I fell down into the bottom stair of the shuttle, smashing my back, left arm and let. It is now swollen and severely bruised. i was angry and injured to say the least when I said why did you put salt or even made me aware of the ice. The service guy, wait for it, said I am just customer service. Never again and warn anyone who will use this facility look at other options.

We showed up to an empty lot at a car rental place. The guy working was nice but didn’t know how to do a park and fly. He called his manager. Then took video of the outside of the car. (An “inspection”) Then asked us to get out of the car and started snapping photos of the INSIDE of the car. I stopped him and asked why he would need to do that since the doors would be locked and he stammered and said it’s part of the inspection. Then said I had to leave my keys. I refused and said I was not leaving keys and tried to cancel the reservation. He said I had to call the company. I did and they were great. They agreed that it seemed sketchy to take photos of the inside of the car and demand I leave my keys. I did get the refund. Don’t go there!! Super weird experience!

Service was great. Parking was close by the airport and the shuttle worked perfectly. Will use Routes again.

Add some time to your itinerary. About an extra 30 mins or so. Being that the Airport Shuttle is a secondary business for this rental company. So depending on when you arrive you may need to wait for others renting a car. There isn't a separate clerk just for the shuttle. The clerk also takes a video of your vehicle before you provide the car key. I find the service overall to be very good. But it does take time.

Overall a great place for long term parking. Note that your car is parked in the open but well secured. Very reasonable fees when you consider the included shuttle service (15 min.) to and from the airport.

I was stuck at the airport arriving late from my travel on August 21st. Routes shuttle usually carries people back and forth from 8am to 8pm. What happens if a person has a late arrival which happens everyday at the airport? What happens if a customer arrives late or in the middle of the night? I arrived at 10pm late instead of 8pm. I was forced to take a cab home at $50 a shot, and back to One Stop at $50. The next day, One Stop parking (Routes Airport Parking) charged me a 1 day extra charge of over $7.00 for picking up my car late. I travel a lot. Customers need an accessible way to get their cars back during your closing hours. Why not put safety boxes accessible to your customers when closed, so that customers can access car keys to go back home after an airplane flight. I will now use the Airport parking instead. It is more accessible, less headaches in picking up my car. Tell your representative to stop holding my car keys hostage till I pay him. You have an incompetent company. You need to do better for the customer if you want to survive.

You reserved this lot even though you knew they were not open on my return. They are open 8 :00 a.m to 8:00 p.m. and my flight arrived 7:58 p.m. maybe allowable if your a computer but for a person hardly.

We used one stop parking and found them to be very reasonably priced and provided an efficient service. I would definitely use them again.

Made us nervous to leave our keys with them while we were away. Not sure we would do it again. The desk staff was slow to get us registered to leave our car and on return to get our car, no other people at the time so just think the process is slow. Shuttle driver polite and pick up was fast.

Overall, I had a good experience with booking from onestopparking.com and the lot itself. It's the best deal around YOW at$4 per day. Everything is well documented, staff is friendly, the location is easy to find, I got shuttle to the airport right away. I didn't take the shuttle from the airport to the lot, and can't comment on return trip wait times. I had to wait for a few minutes to pick up my car and there was a bit of confusion about car keys, but it got resolved quickly. I'd recommend that lot.
