Arrival
Step 1: Pull a ticket at the entrance and follow the signs to the active parking row.
Step 2: Park anywhere in that row; our shuttle will pick you up right at your car.
Step 3: Grab a locator slip from the driver so you can easily find your car later.

Note: Upon arrival, please present your printed reservation receipt and entry ticket to the cashier to exit. Please arrive at the lot 20 minutes before your desired airport arrival time.

Transfer
Shuttles runs 24/7 every 10 minutes. The shuttle provides door-to-door service, picking you up at your vehicle and dropping you off directly at your terminal.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to the Lower Level outside of Baggage Claim, which is the same location as your arrival drop-off point.

Shuttles check each terminal every 6 to 12 minutes; however, if you are arriving late at night between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please call 617-884-2294 to request your pickup.

Checking Out (Exiting The Lot)
When exiting the parking facility, please exit through a manned lane rather than using the automated exit. Please present your prepaid reservation receipt and entry ticket to the cashier to ensure your reservation is properly honored.
