I take most reviews with a grain of salt.... but lemme tell you. I've parked at 4 different airports all over the country. This was by far the best experience. Upon arrival I was met at the gate to show my receipt for payment. I was provided with a paper to put on my dash. Then I was guided into a parking spot. The shuttle was immediately waiting. Now this is the part was I was amazed by. The return trip. First of all my flight didn't land until almost MIDNIGHT. I was skeptical that I would be able to receive a shuttle back. However when I called they were already waiting to pickup in the shuttle line. The vehicle was clearly marked "National Parking". So I left safe approaching the shuttle. The driver opened my door and even put my luggage in the back for me. We immediately left for the parking lot and I was in my car in less than 5 minutes. Best service ever!!!

I had never used an offsite parking and was pleasantly surprised! We were 4 hours late getting in from our trip. We called at 12:30 am and the pickup response was incredible. Thank you

I have a great experience with National Parking. There have been no delays with shuttle drop off and pickup, I put the app on my phone and this was very convenient on my most recent trip. My flight was extended one day and I had no trouble adding an extra day at National Parking through the app. The staff working and running the shuttle service have been very kind and friendly.. I recommend National Parking!

Convenient, economical, and safe alternative to expensive airport parking

Good place to park at bhm, especially now the airport has increased its rates substantially. The staff are prompt to pick up and friendly. Only one time did I have a problem, when a delayed flight came in after they had closed, closer to 1 am, but that was before the shuttle was made 24hr. All good then.

Very easy and friendly but I have not gotten a refund for picking up of my vehicle on Saturday evening November 15 instead of Tuesday November 18 that I paid in advance for. If the refund process was better it would be perfect.

I’ve used National twice in the last 6 months and I have loved their service. One trip I had a flight by leaving at 5 am and got to National at 3 am. I felt sad in dropping off my vehicle in addition to getting to the airport in a timely manner. My pickup for my trip was phenomenal! It was on July 4,2025 around 4 pm and she was personal and kind. What ever you pay her give her extra. Overall both trips in December and recently I have enjoyed leaving my vehicle. Though the factory /wharehouse close to National looks abandoned that has no bearing on the service or safety of one’s vehicle

The driver was not friendly and actually thought was rude.The driver asked which airline we were using and the driver dropped us off at the opposite end of the airport. Lack of PR skills I can tolerate but not safety of the passengers.The driver was simply speeding down the road as if upset about whatever.The driver stopped at the traffic light while it was red looked both ways and then proceeded to make a left hand turn while the light was still clearly red. The return to the parking lot was great on the 6th.Friendly and safe. The safety issues with the other driver I hope will be addressed.
