24/7 Shuttle operation. Every 30 minutes 6 AM - 11 PM and then on demand.

The shuttle departs at the top and bottom of the hour from the hotel and can be met at the designated locations outside Dulles International Airport.

The Good and Bad of One Stop

Information about the exact location where my car was to be left was never sent to me and hotel personnel's direction VAGUE and scribbled on a paper. When I returned a LARGE ugly sticker was placed on driver's windows. Cost of parking and shuttle service were good. But without CLEAR direction of garage's spaces for One Stop customers, I won't use One Stop again!

Excellent customer service!

This is the fourth time that I've parked at the Hyatt Regency Dulles. The lot itself is fine and the shuttle runs in a timely and efficient manner. The customer service is first rate! I called the hotel when I was stuck in London and it was a possibility I was going to be late getting back to my vehicle. I spoke with Jose who was a manager there. He went the extra mile and taking care of my needs and putting me at ease. A++

No elevator for parking garage

Garage was next to hotel and explanation not clear that there was no elevator and not easy to access. Parking on 3rd level. None of this was told when making the reservation. Allow time to park and walk back to get shuttle. Shuttle service however was excellent - driver helpful and a 5-10 minute wait each way.

Works as designed

From drop off to pickup, everything worked as designed. The only thing that could be improved is the amount of time it takes to check in. The legal forms required by Hyatt make me rewrite information they already have from you. Name, address, phone, email, etc. It's unnecessary if the two platforms talk to each other.

Shuttle pick up

When making reservations it stated that shuttles from the hotel to the airport ran every half hour. After arriving, filling out the form at the front desk and parking the car at 3:06PM we were told that the next shuttle was at 4:10PM. We then needed to get an Uber to get to the airport from the hotel so we don’t miss our flight. We needed to get an Uber for 4 people and luggage. It cost $30. No free shuttle as advertised. Maybe the hotel needs to refund us the $30 we spent.

Have used the Hyatt lot several times. Always totally satisfied. The check in is easy and the shuttle is always on schedule. Driver is pleasant and helps with the luggage. Have tried other lots but the Hyatt is the only we have used for over 2 years, whenever flying out of Dulles.

Lot was clean and secure. Easy to find. Front desk helpful and efficient. (I would like less time filling out all the paperwork. You have the information.) Shuttle was 10 minutes later than front desk promised. No harm. We arrived in plenty of time to get through the check-in process.
