You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved", After parking, head to the Shuttle Pick-Up area and board the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs 24/7 on demand to and from the terminals. Upon your return, board the shuttle in the designated pick-up area at the airport for a ride back to the hotel.

Excellent!

My overall experience was excellent. No problem in finding a space to park. The Hilton is about 3 minutes from the airport and excellent service with a shuttle driver. I would use the service again.

Extremely easy, fast, and great rate

We have done this in other airports, parking at nearby hotels with shuttle service, during a trip, so we tried the Hilton in MLB. It is less than 1/2 mile away from the airport, James was in the lobby waiting when we checked in with our reservation, he followed us to park our car wherever we chose, he loaded our luggage, and drove us across the street. Upon our return, Joe (?) was at the airport when we called for pickup, so we just walked to the van, he loaded our luggage, and he drove us back across the street to drop us off at our car in the Hilton lot. Easy, fast, and a great rate!

Great place to park for a great price

The lot was easily located via GPS. I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle to and from the airport and the drivers were very nice. The lot is huge and has plenty of space. The only negative thing I will say is that there were no covered spaces and so when I got back to my car, it was like an oven other than that I will definitely be using them again

Was a nice big parking lot They say you can park anywhere You havr to go inside to desk and fill out a paper with your license plate snd stay duration Staff was friendly Bus was prompt Everything worked perfectly I'll definitely park there again for future trips

Great cheap option

GPS will get you right to the lot, plenty of available parking. Drivers are extremely friendly and helpful. Only cost 8 bucks a day.

Better than the long-term parking lot

Somehow I felt it is more secure to park near the Airport Hilton rather than in the long-term parking lot. It is possible to purchase insurance for damage to ones car at a reasonable price, which I did. The shuttle comes so quickly and the drivers are super nice. I will definitely use this parking option again.

Excellent place to park

An excellent place to park 1 mile from the airport. When they say 24 hours shuttle, they mean it my flight was supposed to get in at 2 PM but ended up getting in at 1:30 AM. Made a phone call and the shuttle was there within five minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Always easy peasy. Stop, fill out the paperwork and go! Clean, comfortable shuttle with nice drivers! The only suggestion I have: Send the info (plate number, vehicle details, etc.) to Hilton when the RSVP is made so there is no need for paperwork upon arrival.

front desk was polite and easy. shuttle driver going to airport was a prince shuttle driver on sunday morning wasnt , there were 5 people only in the shuttle and he asked me to wait for the next shuttle when there was room, I just found out my mom just passed away so I was sad looking and almost cried so after he closed the door he told me to come in
