Bon marché et abordable. La navette était propre et le chauffeur était serviable pour charger et décharger les bagages. Il faut améliorer la fréquence des navettes.

The price is great. No covered parking. Shuttle was slightly slower, but over all, the value was fair.

While we waited for our pick up at the airport, I saw several times the shuttle from the other parking lot lots. It needs imuch improvement or we will simply go with the competition.

The lot is in horrible condition, the gate to get in is broken so you have to go in the exit. The scanners don’t work, so to exit you have to yell your number across 2 lanes to the guy in the window so he can let you out. The shuttle driver is all gas and all brakes, no in between. If you get car sick, he is not the driver for you. You will have to wait a considerable amount of time for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport. You’re probably better off spending a little more and going somewhere else.

You can’t beat the convenience, cost, and customer service! Will definitely use in the future.

I arrived after my start time for my early morning flight to find that the in lanes were blocked off. After driving around, I parked at the airport anyway, so I wouldn't miss my flight.

Quick, clean shuttles and friendly customer service. Never any issues. I always use maas when I go to the slc airport!

You get what you pay for -- this place is cheap, but they pack them in tight, have poor lighting and it is in an area that feels a little sketchy

Be aware of the shuttle details. They say it's open 24 hrs., but apparently after some arbitrary time of day they stop making the rounds to the airport. Before I boarded my flight, MAAS sent text to me leading to a shuttle request portal when I came back. When I returned to Salt Lake, I did just that and waited 15 min. as per their website. After that passed, I called them and make them aware I was ready to meet them. They instructed me to wait another 15 min. while they sent a shuttle my way. You can imagine what happened next. That shuttle didn't arrive, so I took a cab back to the parking lot. Finally, as I was making my exit at the toll, they told me I was late and denied that I had requested an extension of my reservation. I showed them the confirmation email of exactly that, and didn't say a word. So in addition to their unreliable shuttle services, their record keeping system is dubious as well. Take that as you will.

They were very nice to work with! Very prompt on taking us to the airport and picking us back up!

told shuttle would arrive in 20 min. it was over 40 min. then driver was ill. had to get LYFT. was told we would be reimbursed but have not seen the $14.29. Waited 30 min at airport for shuttle.
