Shuttle was fast on time when we got there. Coming home early morning it took almost an hour for them to come back after 3 phone calls in rain with kids

I did not require a shuttle so I can not comment on that. My car was as I left it when I returned to pick it up. I am glad I used their services.

I call when flight arrive at 11pm and shuttle was there for me.

Team waited for us as we unloaded (as they were just about to leave when we pulled up). Team was very friendly and helpful. The wait after the flight was about 25 minutes (and they told us that when we called). I would call before collecting bags right when you get off the flight (which we didn't). Overall, they were helpful/friendly/etc. And the 25 min was within the timeline they told us at dropoff -- so it was expected.

We arrived at 1 am and the shuttle driver stuck around and waiting for us to get our baggage to take us back even though his shift was done.

My husband and I left our car here for our five day trip. Staff was super nice and informative and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely be using them again!

Would use again.

Parking was $8 per day compared with $16 at the spot across from BUF. Shuttle was already at the hotel upon departure and arrived in 7 mins after I called upon return. I.ll use M Hotel parking again.
