Le chauffeur était très sympathique et serviable avec nos bagages. Le service était rapide et ponctuel. J'ai appelé pour qu'ils viennent me chercher une fois que je suis rentré, et en un rien de temps, la navette était là. Le terrain était très sécuritaire. Je choisirai cet endroit à nouveau la prochaine fois.

Great rates, plenty of room in the lot, signed in at the front desk and hopped in the shuttle. Upon returning from my trip, called the hotel from airport baggage claim, no answer, called seven times, no answer, had to Uber back to my vehicle. Won't park at Holiday Inn express again.

I thought the Holiday Inn Express was a fine location to store your car for a longer trip; however, I only would stay there again if it was the only lot with availability at a significantly lower cost. Expect a 5-10 minute ride to the airport depending on traffic - you have to do some highway travel to get to the airport, which I wasn't prepared for. Also, be careful because this hotel is further away from Louisville airport, they don't run regular shuttles AND the hours are limited, so make sure to check you are going to depart and arrive within those time frames. If you are delayed, expect to pay a cab/uber fee if you miss those main shuttle hours.

Dropping the car off was easy. They had the shuttle drive come in about 5 minutes and I was the only one. Pick up was not that easy. After traveling all day, I just wanted to go home. I called for the shuttle and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes when I gave up. Lyft was waiting and given it was 30 degrees out, I wasn’t looking forward to waiting outside even if I had eventually gotten to someone, and who know how long it might have taken from there for the shuttle to come. Since I was only gone a few days, after the Lyft expense I could have saved myself a lot of time and effort and just parked onsite for a difference of maybe $10. This hotel is pretty far away, which I also didn’t realize when I booked.

We have been traveling a lot this fall. We used this service for several weeks this fall This is where we go for parking for our next trip too.

My 2nd time using lot at Holiday inn express airport Louisville was just as good as first, highly recommend

Thr best price and location..

No waiting on either end of the trip. Both drivers were courteous and helpful. They both opened the door for me and put my bag in the back and retrieved it for me. i will use this service again. I would also recommend it.

Good place to park - dependable shuttle (note that it only runs until 7Pm)

The trip to the airport was good with the exception that the driver was listening to music and wouldn't get out to open the door. The trip from the airport took 2 calls and waited for a hour for the trip back to the hotel. He didn't get out to assist me with my bag open door or close the door. I have a bad arm and he had to get out of his seat to close the door from the inside. Again listening to his music. The doors on these busses are very heavy and I can open with no problems but not close them.

Saved a ton of $ vs airport parking short drive and shuttle was quick. Staff was very nice.

The drivers were very courteous, very prompt and a pleasure to do business with !

Excellent and timely service, very reasonable rate, I was gone for 15 days. It was not as close to the airport as I wanted to be, but with the service and the reasonable rate I will for sure use again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. When my plane landed and I called for Van to pick me up, they were there in a matter of a few minutes. Couldn't have been better.

I was at the airport within 20 minutes of parking my car. Called the hotel once outside at pick-up, they answered right away, shuttle was there within 25 minutes. Will definitely use again.
