Would use again

Good service and ease of parking. They needed my license plate number; good thing for me, as I hadn't realized my registration was expired! Got it fixed before I flew out. Van drivers were helpful and pleasant.

Very disappointed

I have used your parking service many times and have always been very pleased with the service . I do not know what happened this time but after 2 phone calls telling me the shuttle was being dispatched and waiting 40 minutes we ended up walking . When I confronted the front desk , I was brushed off with the excuse “ I never answered the call “ clearly someone did both times , even after being put on hold , which was not a problem . At this time I am not sure I will use you service again , after a long trip traveling reliability at the airport is probably the most important part of a travel experience . CJ

Great Parking Option

Love parking at the hotel for my flights. On this last occasion, I waited 40 min for a pickup. Apparently - the driver didn't go to the correct pick-up spot. A bit frustrating but still appreciate the parking option.

Onestopparking

Everything was great except signage for one stop parking. I knew it was at the Sheraton, but no signage for One stop parking. I drove around the block 3 times looking for a sign that said Onestop. Upon further review of my reservation, I found parking instructions.

Long Term Parking

Needed to use shuttle very early, 4AM. Front desk said driver was very punctual. He wasn't. I don't fly all that often and try to reduce stress, (senior citizen). Gone two weeks. Upon return, I called for pickup. They said 5 minutes. Seven or eight shuttles arrived to pick up their people as we sat. Called again. He finally showed up several minutes later. Driver was polite enough but I am not sure if the Sheraton has this guy multi-tasking and has too much on his plate.

Nice place to park

The hotel desk and the driver were friendly and the whole process was quick and efficient. We missed the shuttle due to having to park in the back, but another one was called and arrived within a few minutes. I forgot to schedule our return pickup from the airport, but when I called, they were able to still send someone right over. The only criticism I had was that the parking lot was full and we had to park under the telephone wires where the birds sat the whole week and messed up my car!
