After completing check-in, please park in the designated parking spots provided.

Shuttle runs from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM on demand for complimentary airport transportation with every reservation. Please note that there is no shuttle service available from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Please call the hotel front desk at 520-746-0271 at least 12 hours prior to your desired departure time to schedule your pick-up to TUS Airport.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel front desk at 520-746-0271 to schedule your pick-up from TUS Airport.

Please ensure pick-up is scheduled at least 12 hours prior to your desired pick-up time, and keep in mind that shuttle service is available on demand from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM only.

Long Term Parking

Needed to use shuttle very early, 4AM. Front desk said driver was very punctual. He wasn't. I don't fly all that often and try to reduce stress, (senior citizen). Gone two weeks. Upon return, I called for pickup. They said 5 minutes. Seven or eight shuttles arrived to pick up their people as we sat. Called again. He finally showed up several minutes later. Driver was polite enough but I am not sure if the Sheraton has this guy multi-tasking and has too much on his plate.

Nice place to park

The hotel desk and the driver were friendly and the whole process was quick and efficient. We missed the shuttle due to having to park in the back, but another one was called and arrived within a few minutes. I forgot to schedule our return pickup from the airport, but when I called, they were able to still send someone right over. The only criticism I had was that the parking lot was full and we had to park under the telephone wires where the birds sat the whole week and messed up my car!

We recently used the 4 Points Sheraton for airport parking out of Tucson. It was wonderful! It was so easy! The desk agent had paperwork ready and we were on the shuttle in less than 5 minutes. The return pick up was also smooth and quick. We will definitely park there again in the future.

Cameras I wonder?

My truck was broken into and vandalised. Now I wonder if there are cameras like they said? I filled out police report, but this will cost us $big bucks as our insurance deductible is so high!!!!! Was trying to save money and got screwed.

One Stop Easy enough

I had an overall very good experience, cheap rates, covered parking at Four Points Hotel in Tucson. The only thing that I disliked is I had an emergency come up so, I didn't know when I was returning, I extended my car stay online not too bad, HOWEVER I ended up over paying for extra days, because I didn't see that the terms that say we don't give you refund for picking up car a couple days early. No big deal for me, however someone out there reading may want to know this.
