Everything was just as planned and it was cheaper than airport parking. The extended lot in Greensboro can be hard to find a spot in, and it costs a little more than this did. I call it a good choice.

The ease of the process and the customer service was amazing! There was a slight delay on the pick up but that's fine as it was less than 10 mins. Location was perfect and will be a great option for those who don't want to pay airline parking. Will recommend - 10 outta 10!

Calling the Embassy Suites number I was given for shuttle service would ring 3 or 4 times and then disconnect. This occurred over a 45 minute period. During that time, no shuttle came by to see if there were people needing shuttle service to the hotel, much less to their car. We spent $30 for a taxi to take us to the Embassy Suites. When we arrived at Embassy Suites, the shuttle van was parked, and the driver was eating dinner. I inquired about why the phone was not answered; his answer was that sometimes the phones quit working. I also asked about why no regular schedule for the shuttle and his response was they only go when someone has requested a drop off or pick up. Requesting a pickup is impossible if no one answers the phone. I am very displeased with Embassy Suites, and wish there were another parking option through One Stop Parking.

Service taking to the airport was great however when picked up from airport the man that picked us up didn’t help in anyway to load our luggage into the van. I even had to stand on the bumper and put one of our suitcase up on the top. That was dangerous and very unprofessional. Thank goodness I didn’t fall and get hurt. He also didn’t help unload luggage once back to your facility

Everything worked as advertised. No porblems encoutered, and a big saving in time and frustration ovr airport on site parking.

Easy to get in and out of. Shuttle was very efficient and driver was quite courteous.

This was my first time using this off-site parking option, and I couldn't have been happier. (I had read reviews about the shuttle only running every 30 min., and so I arrived early, and was not in a rush on my return. For me, this was a non-issue. Wait times were reasonable.) I parked in front of the hotel (you can park anywhere you like), and went into the lobby to let the front desk know I needed the shuttle, and to get the parking placard to place on my car's dashboard. On departure and return, I was the only one on the shuttle. Both drivers were excellent - very friendly and helpful!

Shuttle to GSO airport was quick and easy. Shuttle leaves hotel on the hour and half hour. Planned my arrival and was at the airport within 15 minutes. Once back, called hotel and shuttle arrived soon after. Will be using this service again when flying out/into GSO.

All our expectations were met. Ride to and from the airport nice and quick. I would recommend this parking to anyone.

The shuttle did not show up. I called from the aitport several times and no one ever picked up. The calls did not go to voicemail, but simple ended. I eventually ordered Lyft to take me to the Embassy Suites.

Our parking stay seemed to start off ok. We were given a ride to the airport once we arrived. No one mentioned a shuttle “schedule” to us. They told us to call when we land & they would come get us. We landed at midnight & had gotten our luggage by 12:14. We had called & apparently they don’t wait, so we missed the pickup window by minutes (since they leave every hour & every half hour (10 min drive). That was never once mentioned to us, despite me calling to confirm right before departure. Waited 35 min in drizzly, low 30’s way past midnight on an early Tuesday morning, along with another hotel guest. We are a family of 6 - 4 kids & probably the last arrival of the day, but they refused to deviate from their “schedule” despite me calling. Get back, walk to our car - passenger window is busted out, shattered on the ground. Car is completely vandalized and full of glass on the inside. We discover a police note with a case number, no date. Car had just been sitting there for however long (we had been parked there for 10 days). We were also parked directly under one of their big lights. Staff unapologetic & acted like this isn’t rare. Said they got “hit pretty hard on Saturday night, and again on Sunday”. Wish we had known how dangerous it is to park there. We would have gladly chosen a more safe location. We would never use this place again & probably not this company either. They should hire some sort of security. Also, get a little common sense with the shuttling.
