When we came back and called the hotel desk for shuttle service, I thought the waiting time little bit longer than 15 min.

The hotel is easy to find, and I got a good parking spot right near the door which gave me confidence in safety. It was uncovered but that is what I paid for. Total cost through advanced booking was a little more than a third of the hotel standard rate.

Easy to find. Great customer service. Well lighted parking lot. Appreciate free shuttle to airport. Good value.

The price, the ease, customer service...everything was right. We will definitely be back.

I parked my car for 10 days and the shuttle to the airport was great and pick up was late at night and the wait time was minimal. I will definitely use this service again!

The hotel charged me $90 after I already paid Onestop for the reservation. Claimed they would escalate and sort it out for me. Still have not heard back from them. Do not book here.

I bought my pass the night before, and got in and out of the parking lot with no problem!

I booked a spot through One Stop Parking at The Double Tree Inn quite awhile before my trip and got a great price. It was around $74 for 13 nights. On the 14th day my flight should have returned around 8:30 PM. There were storms across the country that day and flights were delayed. We landed around 9:00 PM. I called for the shuttle and it took 30 mins for the driver to arrive. (And about 3 mins to get to my parking spot at the hotel.) I ended up at my car around 9:50 PM. (I had a ticket on my car that I was late. I had received a text at 12:06 PM that day stating, “ Your parking session has ended. Thank you for parking with PMC Pay. - Reply QUIT to opt out.” I had looked at my booking and it clearly showed I would be returning at 8:30 PM.) They charged me an additional $19 plus two charges of $1.00 each—and part of my lateness in returning was due to their driver taking so long to pick me up.. I will NEVER use their services in the future.

One Stop Parking was easy to navigate. The available lots were affordable. Check-in was fast, and the airport pickup arrived within 20 minutes of arriving at the pickup area.

I was waiting over 30 minutes for the shuttle. They never came. I called to see how much longer. They had me waiting for over 20 minutes and no one ever got back on the phone. Finally I had to get an uber back to the hotel.

Everything was seamless about this experience Customer Service was exceptional at the front desk of the hotel. The van driver was very very nice and I will use it again!

Leaving our car parked was easy and the shuttle service was quick . We had peace of mind and could enjoy our trip without another thought of our car. Returning we got quick shuttle service to the hotel and drove away with ease. I would recommend it

There was only one problem. My reservation was to last until 10:30 PM. I got a notification about noon that my reservation was ended. Someone needs to fix the computer calculation that sends out the too early announcement and causes s panic attack. The receptionist at the hotel was able to relieve that anxiety.
