Convenient for a short getaway

Courteous shuttle drivers and reasonable prices. However prices have increased since we used them last a few years ago. What else?

An easy parking experience!

We had such a great experience with this parking lot. On the way to the airport the shuttle was not working so the front desk immediately called us an uber so we lost no time. When we landed to come back, the driver was there in just minutes and the parking lot was practically across the street it was so close!

No Shuttle

Shuttle service was a no-show for return flight. Called and no answer at shuttle extension or front desk. Luckily the lot is across the street/highway. Frogger to cross street and a brisk walk later saw shuttle bus parked at hotel. Not good.

Good!

Parking was safe and close to the airport. Shuttle took a bit long (30 min) to find us and return us from the airport. Maybe it was his break time.

First Time Using This Service

There was some construction outside and my flight was in the early morning, so it was dark, which made it difficult to see where I was supposed to go to check in. Beyond that, the process was painless and the shuttles were prompt both taking me to the airport and picking me up. I will definitely be using this service again when travelling for professional conferences!

Excellent Parking

Parking at One Stop makes what can often be the most stressful component of a trip a very easy experience. The lot is well maintained and the shuttle is fast and efficient and everything runs smoothly so that you come and go from PVD with great ease. Highly recommended!

Took longer than expected

After parking my car, I checked in at the front desk. The staff did not inform me that I could only use specific parking spots. After I was already in the van, I noticed someone else moving his car and asked the driver if there were parking restrictions. He told me where I should have parked so he had to drive me back to my car so I could move it. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00am and did not end up heading to the airport until 11:40 due to the non-communication. Please inform the front desk staff to inform visitors about parking restrictions.
