Shuttle Information
Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in at the hotel front desk before parking your vehicle to obtain your parking pass.
Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours pre-flight, so please be sure to arrive at the parking location prior to this 2-hour window.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Thursday, operating on demand.
Shuttle runs from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Friday to Sunday, operating on demand.
You may park outside of shuttle hours, but you must arrange your own transportation (such as Uber or Lyft) to and from the airport terminal during those times.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel front desk at 915-772-5000 to arrange for your shuttle.
Once you have retrieved your bags, please proceed to the designated ground transportation and hotel shuttle area at the airport to wait for pickup.
