We chose this service because of the convenience of their airport shuttle, but unfortunately, they completely failed us when we returned from our trip. They used Lyft to shuttle us to the airport, but when we arrived back, they simply did not bother to pick us up. We made several calls and spent lengthy amounts of time on hold, yet no one could provide us with a clear explanation as to why they dropped the ball and left us stranded at the airport. After getting nowhere, we had no choice but to arrange and pay for an Uber to take us back to the Comfort Suites hotel parking lot to retrieve our car. What should have been a simple and convenient airport parking experience turned into a frustrating, stressful, and completely unnecessary ordeal. At the very least, we expected someone to contact us, acknowledge what happened, and offer a partial refund for the parking charge. Unfortunately, we have heard nothing. I would never use this service again, and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. If a company offers airport transportation, customers should be able to count on actually being picked up when they return.

I was very surprised at the airport services provided! Each trip to/from airport was prompt and simple!

I followed the instructions of calling the number prior to arrival (about a few days prior) so I can confirm that I will be there and how many people we have since we are a larger group. The girl on the phone told me that it was unnecessary because they just call a Lyft for us once we arrive. I thought OK pretty unprofessional but whatever your process is I guess since it’s stated in writing it’s supposed to be a shuttle. We finally arrive the day we fly out and the kid at the front desk was super unprofessional and flat out told me “we don’t have any spots available anymore”. I said wait I’m confused because I made this reservation over a week ago and why weren’t we informed that there was no space available? Isn’t it your responsibility to ensure you have enough spaces for the people who have reservations online? The only thing he told me was other people also paid in advance and got here before you. Literally those were the words out of his mouth and I was seeing red. I said what am I supposed to do? He sat there shrugged his shoulders and said you’ve gotta call the customer service line because it’s a third-party thing and we have nothing to do with it. I asked for a manager and he said there’s no manager on site. What?!? I did get my refund, but please do not book at this place because they will not communicate with one stop and act like it is not their problem if they don’t have a backup plan for you even though it is on their property.

So easy to coordinate, super smooth shuttle service for arrival and departure to and from airport. Will definitely be going through comfort suites again.

Good Service

Everything was fine until our return. We forgot it was a contract driverr. Not a hotel shuttle. So we were at the wrong place for pick up and had a wheelchair and 3 bags when we called they wanted us to move to their pickup spot. Not a good experience.

Ubers and cabs to and from the airport or having someone take you and pick you up is $$$$..so drive your car to the hotel, check in, driver takes you to your check in and when you get back..they will send a guy to pick you up at 'Ride share lot'.. saves lots of $ and looking for favors.. Pad your times on the reservation to make it easier..Travel today is tough...

I would do this again

This is a great parking alternative if you don’t have kids. I was traveling with my toddler and I wasn’t taking his car seat, I told the front desk about this prior to arriving and she said “no problem we can request one”. Lyft doesn’t have car seats. This made it very stressful and I want to inform other parents thinking there’s a shuttle when there’s not. If I was traveling solo or with older kids this would be so great for the price!

I would highly recommend and definitely use the service again. We felt safe, heard, and the service was exemplary.

Needed a budget but great parking spot, last minute trip came up and found this excellent option. Basically you park of the hotel lot and they transport you to and from the airport. Will use definitely again and I highly recommend them
