The hotel is easy to locate, the parking lot is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and back from Baltimore Cruise Port is particularly valuable.

The shuttle got us to and from the port easily. Even though the hours say 10 am to 2 pm, the shuttle picked us up when the ship arrived at 9 am. The man who drove us was very friendly and helpful. He loaded and unloaded our suitcases. The hotel is a bit sketchy. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state. Otherwise, the parking was good and saved us over $150 compared to parking at the port.

It was obvious that there was some renovations going on, but we didn't expect our room to still be in the process. We almost slipped on the floor because there was some kind of film on it that made it slippery. The faucet in the sink was extremely loose. The wall toilet paper holder was missing a piece. The tub spout had a gaping hole around it. The bathroom light switch outlet was covered in paint. There was a large paint bucket outside our door that we could've tripped over. The front desk person needed to come in and adjust the input selection on the TV to get it working. Breakfast was barely edible. It was late when we arrived and we were leaving our car at the lot so we didn't want to make a fuss. I did let the front desk person know when we checked out that the condition of the room was like that when we arrived. There was a large party taking the shuttle and we had to wait for him to come back and get us. In the meantime he was supposed to pick up a group on the way back and forgot. This didn't give us much confidence in getting the shuttle to get us back timely when returning from our trip so we ended up taking an Uber back earlier than the shuttle was available to get us. Overall, we would not recommend.

Lot is ok. The front desk lady is rude and the bathrooms are disgusting. I came back from my trip 5 days later and the same brown mess was still in one of the toilets. There were no paper towels or toilet paper. Someone had put a box of tissues in the stall I chose. The shuttle runs between the airport and cruise terminal and takes forever. This lot is cheap for a reason.

No show shuttle. According to the front desk the driver had another (non Clarion) job to report to. GM Shah will not respond to phone calls or emails.

You should create a number system. Example: if 19 guests arrived 5 minutes apart. Who the first 7 to ride in the van. Now who's the next 7 to ride on the next trip. While we were waiting for the van a group put their luggage on the curve to hop on the van. You would think, courtesy applies. Not in the real world if you don't speak up people will jump ahead of you in the line.

Advised they provide shuttle service to the Port of Baltimore to and from. No driver available for the shuttle the day I left my car. On the return day shuttle doesn't start until 10am. Had to call car service for transportation to and from. Parking was fine. Don't count on their shuttle service.

Our ship was late returning and they adjusted the shuttle times to fit the new schedule.

Great alternative to the cruise port if you're on a long cruise. It makes it much more affordable and the shuttle is less expensive than an Uber. Plus if you park at cruise terminal I've waited an hour to park when it gets busy

Our first time using this service. All went well, after we located the hotel.

When the van came to pick us up at cruise terminal, he didn’t even help put all 9 passengers luggage in the van. An older woman was lifting her own. My husband who has COPD struggled to get 4 suitcases in the van. Then when I tried to get in the van, two people had to help me on because the idiot driver didn’t put the step out. My husband finally saw the step and put it out! The kicker is all 9 of us were squeezed in. A man sat in the passenger seat and his large wife sat on his lap and she was touching the windshield with her body. Is the legal.? I don’t think so. And of course he barely helped get the luggage off. No one gave him a tip except one person. If he denies all this, he is LYING!

parked our vehicle here since they said they offered a shuttle. Upon arrival, the front desk person informed me that the shuttle driver had a family issue and wasn’t available, so we ended up having to take an Uber to the port. I didn’t bother to call for the shuttle upon our return, just took another Uber to get the hotel. Area isn’t the greatest, but we were able to park up front and the vehicle was fine when we got to it. The price is right, but I probably wouldn’t choose this location again.

I had two cars and 8 people, the man at the desk was polite and the van driver was really nice both ways to and from the cruise ship, very happy with your parking will use you again when in that area.

We're relieved that we arrived for our shuttle with plenty of time to spare. A crowd awaited the shuttle, which arrived right after we parked. It filled quickly. Two other people and us awaited the next shuttle, which arrived 55 minutes after the previous shuttle left. Several days later, when we returned from our cruise, the ship had to be vacated by cruisers by 9:15 AM. The shuttle did not depart the Clarion until 10:00, (the hours are 10 AM until 2 PM), arriving at the cruise port at 10:20. In planning our next cruise, we hope that Clarion will expand their hours and number of shuttles to accommodate arrivals and departures from the cruise port.
