Great service, parked, they took us to the airport, called upon return, and they were there promptly.

When I returned my car battery was dead. Staff was very helpful getting me going.

Van takes up to 4 riders. We were 5th and 6th in line at the airport awaiting pickup so had to wait for the driver to make another round. Not blaming the driver, he was doing his best. Larger capacity van would help. Other than that, the service was fine.

Poor communication about pick up arrangements. You used other hotel shuttle and never informed us until we got there. Shuttle leaving to airport had a twenty minute wait until driver showed up. Your survey is set up poorly.

This worked very well for parking near the airport at less expense. The shuttle was prompt to take us to the airport. It took a bit longer to get through to the phone for our pick up but all in all worked out well. The parking lot seemed pretty safe. Would use again.

Drop off and shuttle to SYR went smoothly with no issues. Returning however was a problem. I called as instructed when we landed at SYR and was told the shuttle would be 10-15 minutes. I was then called back 20 minutes later to be told they were now sharing the shuttle with the Holiday Inn and that I should call the Holiday inn. When I called Holiday inn they refused to send a shuttle and told me to call the Candlewood. I called Candlewood back, and the lady I spoke to said she would have to call a manager and put me on hold. The call was dropped and I never heard back from her, despite calling the Candlewood over 20 times to no answer. I tried the Holiday Inn again and they initially refused again, it was only when I got angry that they finally said they would send a shuttle. The whole ordeal took over an hour to be picked up. This was a very frustrating end to our trip.

We were happy with everything. It is really close to the airport, cheap, and safe.

This was a very good place to park long term. Priced well below airport options. Dropoff and pickup service was prompt and friendly. We left our car there for 2 months and it remained in the same condition as we left it. Would recommend highly and we would return again.

Easy access, close to airport. Shuttle service to airport was immediate. Checkout was quick and trouble free! Overall, a 5-star!

The hotel parking was very close to the airport and the shuttle was fast. We didnt have to wait st all, as soon as we called to be picked up they were there in 10 min. Easy to find parking at the hotel.

Taken immediately to the airport and on my return, I was picked up very shortly after my call. They said it would be 10 minutes but the driver arrived much sooner. Have told all my friends and will definitely use again.

Had to park in the back where there were dumpsters. Everything was fine, but did worry if they had to move those dumpsters. Overall great experience m. Saved some money and would do it again.

We used Candlewood Suites to park our car during a 2 week trip. We were happy with the experience, except for having to wait 30 minutes for the van to pick us up when we came home.

We were hesitant to use a service that we had just pulled off the web, but we decided to give it a try. The parking at Candlewood Suites was almost adjacent to the airport, our flights were at reasonable times and the price was close to half what it would have been to park at the Purple lot in Syracuse. Furthermore, we reasoned a big plus was being able to drop our bags at the entrance and if raining, we would be under cover while we waited for the shuttle. Goof news though: there was no wait. The shuttle was right there, the driver was there and the whole process of arriving at Candlewood to being dropped off at airport was but 10 minutes. Same on return. Someone answered the phone and the van picked us up within 5 minutes after we arrived at the curb at the airport. This is our first time with OneStop parking but it will not be our last.

While booking the reservation was quick & easy, the in person experience was less than stellar. We encountered the same employee for both the drop off (4 am) and pick-up (11:30 pm 13 days later) She was extremely rude both times. We were treated as an annoyance & interruption to her phone viewing. While the price was good & car was fine, I would rather pay more at the airport to park my car than to start & end a trip with that kind of customer service.

I guess it’s what you should expect with a budget parking deal. Nothing terrible about the facility or lot per se. Our flight home was delayed to the early evening and we had to wait over 50 minutes for the shuttle. It appears that the hotel staff was short handed so they couldn’t get over to the airport in a timely fashion. So, we saved a few dollars but not sure it’s really worth it in the end.
