Horrible Experience with VIP AIRPORT PARKING
i travel consistently and ofter, this was the absolute worst airport parking! I over paid for 5 days just to have my vehicle parked on the public street OUTSIDE of their parking lot. I can’t make this up. Its true! $95 for public street parking? Totally unacceptable, and I wasn’t the only one. This issue should be fixed immediately especially with a name like that. “VIP”? I don’t think so! Also their shuttle service is the worst by far. Basically once you get your luggage and go to the pick up area, you call to get picked up. Then the recorder comes on and tells you to call another number. You call the other number, a guy answers and he will tell you to call the 1st number you called, then they’ll text you, saying can you text them. Still VIP??? Unacceptable. In the mean time you’ll get to watch all the other Airport parking companies pick up all their people, and then they’ll come back again and yes again, until VIP AIRPORT PARKING finally comes and tells you to pit your luggage in the back! VIP? Really? I don’t ever give anyone a bad review, almost never but this one i had to. F+ for charging me $95 just to have me park on the public street but advertising “private parking” on site
