I have always and will continue to use Sure stay/Orangewood suites for my car parking and shuttle service while traveling. They are kind, fast, and efficient. The only gripe I have is that the shuttle seats could be cleaner than what they are, you can see a good amount of stains on them.

The recent parking lot security gate addition, new blacktop and lines were much appreciated. It would be helpful, if the spaces were numbered, since the lighting is still spotty and it is hard to see. The shuttle was very prompt going over to the airport, coming back took a little longer to be picked up. The driver was very helpful and friendly. The new hotel renovation and owner seem to be big improvements. Now that we know the hotel has been renamed, it will make it easier to find. We had been looking for the old name. Still can't beat the price!

Changed ownership since the first time I used this parking company, but same great service. Love the guys that do the driving, highly recommend!

I have no complaints. This is cheap and very convenient, best airport parking in Kansas City!

We were very happy with the smooth drop off and pick-up. The check in was quick and we had a quick response when picked up. The parking lot is not well maintained and has very large potholes. The lighting was very good however.

Love this shuttle parking service. Drivers always courteous and friendly. Reservation easy to make. The only downside is dodging the large pot holes in the lot.

I’ve used it twice now and am very satisfied.

All was good but man at front desk when we arrived early on 4-30-21. He was very rude and had no customer skills. Customer service over phone was excellent

The customer service at the front desk was very curt when I arrived. I picked my car up one week later and discovered vandalism had occurred, my catalytic converter had been cut out of my car in the supposed secured parking lot with cameras on site. This is a $1,500 cost to me. Spend a little bit more and use gated secure airport parking.

I never recieved the Email for my Parking,So I had to Pay,for the Parking a Second Time.

Slow pickup, not as promised. Drivers offered little or no assistance. Telephone contact was hotel not parking line. Staff is confused about process.

Super convenient & efficient!

This was our first time using anything besides economy airport parking. The staff is friendly both when we dropped our vehicle off and when they picked us up from the airport. We did have a to wait a short time (15 mins) for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport as it was a busy night, but that was to be expected. The driver loaded our luggage into and out of the van each time for us and dropped us off right in front of the airport door and to our vehicle when we returned. Lot felt safe and we didn't have any issues. Overall I would recommend and will be using again.
