Shuttle service needed

Would use again

I paid the deposit then my husband paid the full amount instead of the balance. When we picked up the car they couldn’t find any information that we had paid at all. We had the receipt and they are looking into it

We were very happy with our experience with parking here and will do it again.

Was a good experience and will use Sleep Inn again for airport parking. Very easy to book. Price was good at $5 per day. Shuttle was prompt leaving and arriving back to KC.

I thought the parking service was great. The hotel helped set up times for delivery and pick up to and from the airport everything went smooth and parking rates were good. Much cheaper than the airport.

Everything was good

I'd only use this spot for their shuttle service. Their front desk employees are rude, uninformed, and difficult to communicate with. We wanted to tip the drivers, but their ATM wasn't working and the front desk employee couldn't care less about it. If other prices are the same, I'd park elsewhere to avoid the rude people at the front desk.

Shuttle van was dirty and smelled, the driver was not friendly.

The high point was my driver. Can't remember his name but he was polite, kind and just the right amount of "chatty".

Hassle free with exceptional service. Would highly recommend.

Easy, cheap , fast

This was the first time I used one stop parking w/ the sleep inn and can say it was quite easy. I showed up super early cause I was unsure of how the process worked. But after checking in w/ them the shuttle was ready in a minute. Picking up from airport was a little harder as I didn’t give the shuttle driver my cell so harder to find. But overall w/ price a great experience would highly recommend!

Gone for a week my car was fine.

The hotel parking lot was fine. I would of preferred my car was parking in front so it could be watched. My car was fine
