Parking at the Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria was the weakest part of our stay — overall I'd rate it 2/5. The airport shuttle only runs once every hour, so if you land in between pickup times, plan on a 30-40 minute wait at the curb or lobby before the next run. For a hotel marketed on its DCA proximity, this made the "10 minutes from the airport" pitch feel less convenient in practice. The garage itself was the bigger issue. Once inside, the layout is disorganized and poorly marked — we circled multiple levels before finding an open spot, and it felt like the garage was oversold relative to available spaces. It's not a simple one-stop-park-and-go experience like you'd expect from a full-service hotel; you need extra time and patience just to get your car settled. If you're relying on the airport shuttle or expect quick, hassle-free self-parking, budget extra time on both ends of your stay

Shuttle seatbelts don’t work. Nothing safe about that

Shuttles should be at least every 1/2 hour. It's insane to wait an entire hour for a shuttle less than 5 miles away.

My wife and I arrived at DCA Airport at approximately 4:00 PM. Knowing we might miss the 4:00 PM shuttle, I called the front desk to confirm the correct pickup location and advised the desk clerk that we would be waiting for the 5:00 PM shuttle at Door 7, as instructed. While standing at the designated door, we saw the shuttle approach in the middle lane. I waved to the driver, as we have done during previous visits, but instead of stopping or acknowledging us, the driver threw up his hands and continued driving past us without explanation. I immediately called the front desk again and explained what had happened. The desk clerk stated he would contact the driver and ask him to return. We then waited an additional 45 minutes before the shuttle finally returned. When the driver arrived, there was no greeting, apology, or explanation for why we had initially been passed by. Additionally, the shuttle vehicle had a very high step-up. My wife injured herself while attempting to enter the van. Unfortunately, no assistance or courtesy was offered either entering or exiting the shuttle back at the hotel. This experience was unacceptable, particularly considering the amount we paid to park at your facility. Customers should reasonably expect professional, courteous, and safe transportation service. Being ignored at the airport, left waiting for an additional 45 minutes, and having my wife injured due to lack of basic assistance is extremely concerning to us.

Solid options for long term parking for DCA. Good daily rate, shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport. Parking is underground with elevator connected to hotel lobby where the pick up is.

One Stop Parking provides a great service for travelers! We really enjoyed staying at this particular Sheraton Suites in Old Town Alexandria VA. Love the walkable location for shopping and restaurants. The parking and shuttle to DCA worked perfectly. After a very nice complimentary breakfast, the hourly shuttle enabled us to make an early flight with ease!!

I have used this parking for many years but the shuttle service is not timely anymore. I watched other shuttle services come to DCA and stop for a couple of minutes to see if anyone is there that maybe getting luggage. The shuttle for Sheraton drives by and if you not there to stop the van they continue on by. I was walking out the door and had to wait another hour and 20 minutes for the next hours run. Thats very disappointing and you call but the hotel doesn't care. They tell you the van comes on the hour.

Easy in and out and very convience to transport. Will definitely use them again.

Only issue is the shuttle service being offered once per hour. This is too long a wait and other lots offer one every 30 minutes

This is a great covered parking location for flights from DCA. Reservations are easy to make online, and can be altered online. Parking is inside the hotel garage, with elevators very close to the front desk. The daily cost is less than half that of DCA’s economy parking lot, and a space is guaranteed. We have been parking here for years. For early or late flights, however, the shuttle is not operating, so a cab or Uber to the airport is necessary. I highly recommend parking here.

The best choice I made, distance, friendliness and prize. I will use them every time.

Parking experience was almost flawless, and the price was great.

I have used this lot for parking many times. It's a great experience with plenty of parking. The hotel is very easy to find. Customer service is getting better and better.

The details of leaving the garage are not specified properly. They have a sign at the exit only. The two people at the front desk did not have a clue. I shall not return.
