Waiting 40 minutes for a pickup is too long. I will not be using your service again.

We have used this service once before and were satisfied. The parking, shuttle service to the airport and customer interaction were all good. No complaints. We will use this service in the future.

The sign at the lot didn’t match the sign on the email so it was confusing to find. Then we went in the office are and waited for a long time before anyone came out to help us. The man at the counter was rude and not friendly or helpful. The lot is not secure at all. I was worried about leaving my car there but was on a time crunch and didn’t have time to figure anything else out. Arriving back to the airport I called for the shuttle and an old rusted Nissan pick up truck showed up to pick us up.If my husband had not been with me, I would’ve not gotten in the truck. There was trash in the truck and it was very dirty. It had the half back doors and our luggage and my husband had to squeeze in there. Do not waste your money! Pay extra to get better safer cleaner service.

Very easy to find, wait was minimal on both leaving and being picked up. Will use again.

Have had really good experiences with One Stop Parking in Nashville. Not so in Knoxville, however. The cheap drive-up motel was OK to find because I had done my research online. What a dump! Only one person working there, and she was the same person who drove to the airport. Make sure you leave enough time because that person is busy tending to hotel matters, as well. Parking was limited. Very tight spots. Location does not appear to be the safest. The SUV they drive you in is older, and the seats slide forward and backward when you drive. Return trip was slightly better, but again, it took awhile. I assume that it was due to dual duties with the hotel. Will never use One Stop Parking at Knoxville again.

This is a rundown establishment with service members who are hard to understand. We drove all over this lot to figure out where to park and finally found the very rundown "office." Good thing we left early enough to have enough time to do our detective work. We parked in an open lot and were shuttled to the airport by van. We forgot our jackets in the van. One was still there when we came back, but not the expensive one. I will not use USA Parking again.

Great prices compared to airport parking. Easy to find, felt safe parking car in their lot, shuttle service was perfect and timely both ways. Met our expectations and will certainly use the next time we fly!

This lot even went over any beyond for us. Our car wouldn’t start after sitting there parked for 6 days. They boosted our car for us in the heat just to get us going! We thank you so much!

Easy to find - check in and cost were all great! They were prompt on getting me to airport and picking up. Very nice and helpful - would use again.

If you can get past the driving style of the shuttle drivers, fast and furious, on a very congested road, the parking is okay. Vehicle for shuttle to airport had so many lights on the dashboard that it looked like a Christmas display. Vehicle is well past it usage for guests. (Not a commercial vehicle.) On the ride back to lot, surprised that driver showed up in new vehicle. We did notice that a mechanic was working on the old vehicle at the parking location upon our return. I hope the new vehicle is used for guests moving forward. Located just a few miles from the airport, so convenient location.

First time we’ve tried this. Everything went smoothly at drop off, however, upon return was a different story. Our flight arrived late- so of course all we wanted to do was get in the road for our 90 minute drive home. We called the shuttle as instructed. The wait time was 15-20 mins. After twenty mins we received a call it would be another 5-10 mins. Still nothing. I called back and inquired if we needed to uber over and was told he was on the way. No apology or even a hello when he got there. Total wait time was 40 mins. We will just pay for airport parking next time.

The shuttle vehicle was dirty and the shuttle personnel did not have a professional demeanor.

Easy to find had me at airport in minutes, pickup was fast and easy.
