Shuttle Information

Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk by presenting your booking confirmation on your phone or printed.

Please park only in the designated parking area on the premises as directed by hotel personnel.

Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours preflight, so please be sure to arrive at the parking facility before this 2-hour window. To ensure timely arrival to the airport, please arrive no less than 1 hour before the top of the hour for check-in and processing to avoid any delays.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM every hour on the hour (4:00 AM, 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, etc.) to the airport.

Please note that there is no shuttle service between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM. Also cruise shuttle service is not available.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel at 954-967-9063. Hotel staff will instruct you on where to meet the shuttle at the airport.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods, there may be a 30 to 60 minute wait for shuttle pickup at the airport.

We have used Homewood Suites shuttle to the airport in Fort Lauderdale many times. The pick up has always been terrible from the airport back to the hotel but this time on Monday, August 31 was the worst. We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle bus to come. I called for pick up several times and at first she told me 35 to 40 minutes, but it didn’t come as I said till after one hour. Other people were complaining also. Something needs to be done with a more prompt pick up time other hotels came by three times in the time it took Homewood Suites to come once.PLEASE HELP and do something about this Thank you

Teach your people the difference between left and rightthey tell you to leave baggage pick up and go left to F when shuttle pickup is to the right i had to run thru traffic and yell to driver to stop to be told to go to the other end of the if i wanted to get picked up

Over 1 hour is a long time to wait standing in the sun for pickup A call, text or email message would have helped if the vehicle was not working and there was a substitute coming to pick us up. Why do we fill out a form and provide information if it is not used.

Over 1 hour wait for shuttle pick up at the airport for return to our car.

Homewood desk clerk gave me incorrect information on where to wait at the airport for pick up by their shuttle. I called 3 times over 1 hour telling her no shuttle has stopped for us. On the 3rd call when I pressed her to recheck where pick up point was at the airport, she finally gave me the correct point of pick up. After 1 hour. All 3 calls she gave me the impression she could care less about us being picked up and returned to our car. Never parking there again. Beware.
