Holiday Inn Parking

We’ve used their service for a few years now but we have routinely waited 40 minutes to get a ride back from airport or 30 minutes to get to airport since they only have one driver. This has happened several times now and we will not use this location anymore. They don’t have enough shuttle drivers for the number of people using this lot now

Transportation to PDX

This is the cheapest lot near PDX with a shuttle. On the way to the PDX the airport shuttles wait time was 5 minutes and on the way back we waited half an hour. Shuttle was full both ways. I will park here again

The people are polite, the shuttle drivers are friendly. All around have had a great experience parking here several times a month for tha past 4 years. Never gave had any issues with my car being parked there.

Pick up time is long

It took 1 hour from the first call I made before we got on to the shuttle. 1 st shuttle was too full. The next 2 shuttle pick ups flight crews had the priority and we were not allowed to enter unless there was room and both times were full. Finally the 4th time we got on, 1 hour from the first call ( ridiculous)

Happy Trip with Safe Parking!

I have used Holiday Inn multiple times for airport parking, love it! Shuttle drivers are always courteous & very helpful, as is front desk when checking in. There was some broken glass in parking lot by our car when we picked it up, no damage, it could have been a bottle that fell out from another vehicle, it was not visible until we opened our door. But I would use Holiday Inn parking again.!

Security is a problem

While I was parked at Columbia Blvd Holiday Inn for two days someone siphoned almost a full tank of gas from my tank, about $60 worth. I notified the reception and provided my complaint and details of the problem and contact information. As of three days later, no one has gotten back to me. Thankfully the culprit did not drill a hole in my tank to get the gas.
