For departures from 11:00 AM to 3:00 AM, the shuttle service is available on call.

Very easy!

The location was easy to find and had convenient signage to follow to the appropriate parking area. I arrived at about 3am and found the parking lot to be well lit and felt secure. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient with a short wait (which was expected since I arrived so early in the morning). I found the office staff at the hotel to be friendly and welcoming as well. They provided a phone number to call when I arrived back in town after my trip, the shuttle back to the car was just as easy as the shuttle to the airport. Both of my shuttle drivers were very friendly and accommodating, even though I was traveling in a heavy medical brace and moved a little slower than normal. Conversation to and from the airport was very pleasant! I will be using this location again when flying in/out of PDX.

Affordable & Safe Place To Park, Shuttle Kind Of Slow Though

I've parked at the Holiday Inn three or four times now and it's always been safe and always been affordable, especially compared to on-airport parking. Customer service in both the lobby and from the shuttle drivers has always been friendly and courteous. It's located just a quick 6 minutes from the terminal so once you're on the shuttle it's a very short drive. My only issue is that with such a short drive, why must they only run it every 30 minutes? A round trip is 6 minutes to the airport + maybe 4 minutes to drop off/pickup up passengers at the airport + 6 minutes back to the hotel = 16 minutes, give or take. At busy times rather than just turning around and making another run immediately they insist on going every 30 minutes, which means the shuttle just sits idle for about 15 minutes every time. Instead of two runs per hour (every 30 minutes) they could seemingly make three runs per hour (every 20 minutes) and provide a better and quicker service to their customers. When I flew this week the slow pace meant the shuttle was filled to capacity and several people waiting at the curb were unable to get on and had to wait yet ANOTHER 30 minutes to ride, which could be avoided if they'd run continuously during peak times.

Poor customer service

I waited over 20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive and get me checked in. Nobody was in sight. Upon return I had a parking violation on my windshield even though I had prepaid and checked in. Now I am having to deal with getting the violation taken care of.

Had to uber from the hotel

Although we had a 5am reservation, hotel guests had priority on the shuttle. The 5am and 5:30 shuttles were full. We had a 7am flight so couldn’t wait for the 6am shuttle. Had to take an $18 Uber.

Holiday Inn Parking

We’ve used their service for a few years now but we have routinely waited 40 minutes to get a ride back from airport or 30 minutes to get to airport since they only have one driver. This has happened several times now and we will not use this location anymore. They don’t have enough shuttle drivers for the number of people using this lot now
