Everything went perfectly. No hiccups. When arrived it was very early so the called us a cab at no charge. When we were to be picked up at the airport they were there when we arrived even though our plane was delayed. Very friendly. I would always use them if flying out of Kalamazoo.

Would have been great except I had a minor child park to use shuttle. Her plane was late. 10 pm. They told her she had to get a taxi to her vehicle. She had never done that and wasn't sure how. The entire thing was a mess upon return.

Would like the parking lot closer to the hotel so vehicles could be seen easier and kept an eye on. Also the parking lot should be better illuminated at night.

The shuttle to take me to my departure flight was right on time, and the driver was very courteous and friendly. Upon my return from my trip, I didn't even have to call to get the shuttle; it came to pick me up within just a few minutes of our landing. It was a different driver, but she was just as courteous and friendly as my first driver. I would definitely park at Four Points again!

I use this lot every time I fly out of AZO. Always pleasant people and on time. Highly recommend using this service

Convenient airport shuttle service and nice people.

The Four Season shuttle worked great drop off and pick up were quick.

All went well during this stay, shuttle was efficient, even thought AZO was was slow, the shuttle drive looked for us. but our bags were slow coming. Thanks
