What you would expect. Shuttle got us there. Coming back I called an Uber to save time.

Shuttle service is advertised as once every 30 minutes but it is actually once every hour. You could miss your flight with this wrong information. The person at the front desk was not very friendly, and asked me to show the receipt. They were unaware of my reserve.

I was disappointed on my return, this is the 2nd. Time that the bus never arrived after waiting almost 1.5 hrs..had to take another bus going to train station to pick-up my car, when I got to hotel after calling twice, bus was not there..guest waiting took alternative options to get to airport.

This is my go-to hotel parking. Lot always has spots. The front desk personnel are amazing. Lastly, the shuttle service and drivers are on time, professional and helpful.

Off site airport parking

Your customer service sucks. I spoke to 3 people who gave different times etc. The last one was an asshole (Male) sounded Jamaican so what do you expect? I would consider using again as I know what to expect.

The parking was easy and everything went fine to get us to the airport. Our issue was getting back to the hotel. We called for a shuttle and proceeded to the pickup place. Once we were there, the first shuttle could accept 2 more people in which people walking up from the terminal were closest and walked right on. This made the people that were waiting before us pretty upset. The driver assured them there was another shuttle right behind them. after waiting about 40 minutes, and seeing other shuttles drive by terminal 4 already full, we decided to just Uber back to the hotel, which cost us $25, and another 20 minutes of waiting..

Dependable and appreciated that ishuttlw trips from hotel to sirport are every 30 minutes (not 1 hour) shuttle trips

We prepaid and when we got there we were made to scan and pay again.We were told that the prepaid was not valid and if we didn't redo the reservation that our car would be towed. Marriott says that you are not there vendor . We we lucky we had time to redo the reservation.

I have parked at the Courtyard near the FLL numerous times over the years and always found the experience to be perfect - friendly employees, clean and timely shuttles, and stress-free transition from my car to the airport. This visit, however, was different. Although I prepaid and booked my parking through onestopparking, when I arrived at the hotel, I was forced to sign up with a different company - Parking.com - before I could get on the shuttle and head to the airport. This entailed putting personal information, including my credit card number, onto a website without having any say in the matter. Why did I prepay with onestopparking if I was going to have to re-do everything onsite again with a different company, wasting my time and leaving me concerned about the safety of my info? I am sad to see that the Marriott is now with parking.com vice onestopparking. I will definitely be looking into different parking options in the future because of this situation.
