They advertised that they had a shuttle. They do not. They evidently have not had one for months. The property blamed the booking company and vice-versa. Either way, no discount or refund was offered.

We called the day before the flight, to confirm the shuttle. When we arrived we were told that the shuttle was not there it was being repaired. One of the employees gave us a ride to the airport. When we returned I called and was told that the shuttle was still being repaired., and we would have to find another way to get our vehicle. I informed them we had a contract for the shuttle and they then called someone and he picked us up and took us to our vehicle. Next time I’ll go somewhere else. If they would have told me when I called the night before I could have canceled and gone somewhere else. Not very reliable!!!

Service was ok until my return. When I arrived at the airport upon return I was told to call the shuttle driver directly but there was no answer. I called the hotel & they said no one was available but I had already told them ahead of time when I would return. My flight was delayed about 1 hour & I didn’t think that would be a problem. I ended up having to get a taxi & pay another $35. I would not recommend this parking or hotel if you need a ride to and from the airport. When I went in the office to check for a reimbursement they were crowded with people & I had a 3 hour drive home so I left. I would rate the shuttle service as poor.

My only concern is the part of town this lot is located. It is a dangerous area. We had no issues with our vehicle safety, however.

The area seems a little sketchy, but I’m grateful for the courteous service we received. Drivers were friendly and respectful. I got a little nervous when calling from the airport and no one answered until my 3rd attempt. I guess no one was at the desk at the time.

The receptionist was friendly, but a bit unprofessional - had me fill out a piece of paper with our information (just seemed a bit outdated). Our return flight was delayed by two hours and I had to contact the hotel several times. They were very kind and were at the airport waiting for us when we arrived, however the shuttled smelled of weed. Very disturbing for us and for our family/children. Just seemed a bit sketchy.

Customer service was great. The shuttle time was great. I’ve complain I have is my flight was canceled and it was not my fault. Y’all refuse to give me my money back or even let me reschedule it. it would’ve been different if it would been my fault, but it was the airlines fault so I really think y’all could’ve worked with me. That’s OK. The lady at the desk and the shuttle driver was awesome. Upper management do a little better and taking into consideration people.

I’d book again. Super nice prompt and my car was safe when I returned. Instructions were easy to follow and I was able to make it to the airport safely

Is a bit of a ways from the airport but lot is well lit and service is great

great place to park the vehicle..

I parked my car here while I went on a 5 day vacation. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The shuttle wait time was a bit longer than expected upon arrival back home, but no biggie! I was appreciative for their help. They even loaded my bags for me! My car was completely unharmed. However, they do not offer covered parking nor do they have an operating gate.

They need to work with (pick up) driver on customer service skills.

Upon arriving at the hotel, they had no glue about the parking/shuttle reservation. I had to show them the printed reservation. Then we waited over 10 minutes before we left. No urgency to get up to the airport

I'm really pleased with this place.

All of the arrangements were efficient and courteous, from the drop-off to pick-up at the airport. Curtis is a great employee!!!
