Great service at a good price.

Need shuttle service

A relatively inexpensive parking alternative to parking directly at the airport. For one of the few places where I can pay in advance to park near the airport, I am a bit disappointed by the lack of shuttle service. Especially since the airport is close enough for it, yet is too far to walk.

Personnel were great and ease of use was great

There is no shuttle service. You either need to get a taxi, Lyft, or Uber. Lyft worked well for us but it’s expensive 12.00 to go 1.2 miles. We have used this parking many times now and our car has always been well cared for while there. We will use again as we have never been able to keep it at the airport they are always full

Parked here for a second time to avoid airport parking. Sadly their shuttle service is still not up and running.

Would be 5 stars if the shuttles were running. Either lower the price of parking to make up for the ubers needed or provide shuttles again. Covid isn’t an excuse anymore.

No shuttle service

The 4 star rating is only because there isn't any shuttle l believe due to Covid not sure though. But what l can tell you l was flying back home for my mom's memorial, l was having a hard time getting a cab and one of the employee offer me a ride but got a cab and the lady was so sweet she even asked if l had money to paid for it, that made me cry to know that there still some compassionate people and this one is employed by Candlewwod Inn.

Easy and convenient location. Shuttle is not running

Parking is good, but there's no shuttle currently which sucks because that's an additional like $10-15 in an uber

Due to COVID there was no shuttle when I registered for parking, so I can't comment on that but my parking experience was great. It was quick and easy to register, sign in, and even easier to check out. Even when my flight was canceled and my arrival was delayed a day, the staff was really casual and helpful. Even better, my car doesn't seem to have suffered anything despite sitting uncovered in a parking lot for a two-month school break. Overall, great experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

No Shuttle but good price and taxi/uber easy.

I had to leave my car here for a long time due to flying home for winter break. The cost was cheap, the employees were so nice, and the whole process was incredibly simple! They even let me go over a few days free of charge when my flight back got cancelled. Will definitely be using this lot again if I ever need it!

No problems at all. There was no shuttle service but we did not need it. Walked in gave them my info and was told where to park. Parking lot was well maintained with plenty of lights. Would use again.

Everything went well only drawbacks is there is no shuttle service at this time, hopefully that will change for 2022.

First time I parked my car I asked for the shuttle the people in the front desk called somebody to drive the shuttle. This time the one in the front desk did not try to call anybody however, the shuttle was there. I almost missed my flight. I hope next time they inform me ahead that they don't have somebody to drive the shuttle (I doubt it) so I start to drive early not to miss my flight.

Shuttle service was not available. Great for travel. Secure and reliable

Just off I-95, easy to find, quick checkin, and the lot was safe for my car over a holiday weekend. Will definitely use again when I'min town!
