Had a really nice experience. The receptionist at a hotel was so nice, even though I wasn't staying there she was professional and helpful. Park my car easily and great rate.

Everything was nice besides the fact that the shuttle to the airport to drop you off only does it hourly. Other places run every 15 min or so. We had to Uber to the airport

The hotel staff and drivers were polite and courteous. The lot was easy to park in and clean. Seems like a safe area to park.

I am a resident of Naples Florida I flew out of Fort Lauderdale because of how inexpensive the tickets were compared to flying out of Ft. Myers. The problem with this is that usually when doing so I end up paying the difference in parking fees and fuel. I was Pleasantly surprised to find parking for $30.00 for just about 5 days. I was a little apprehensive when booking online so i made sure to call the hotel to verify. The overnight Audit ( my apologies I forget his name) was very informative and reassured me that “One Stop Parking.” Was the only company that your hotel operated with. I booked quickly and easily online and when I arrived at the hotel. I believe it was the same gentleman who I spoke to on the phone. I handed him the appropriate paperwork which he informed me to bring ahead of time which i thought was absolutely amazing. This day and age no one prints anything anymore. To have him inform me a head of time to bring a copy of the receipt for him to have was A+ my whole check-in time was about 5 minutes from start to finish. He instructed me to place parking pass on dash and park in the rear of the hotel. I asked if it was a secure parking lot. He reassured me it was well lit, with security cameras but that the hotel is not responsible for any theft or damage. I returned from NY and my car was right where I left her with no problems. The front desk attendant didn't know anything about one stop parking! I had to wait 15 minutes for hi to talk to his supervisor! He finally did and was very helpful! Parking was great because they don't take your keys!
