Both ladies helped me out with this reservation. First I couldn't find my reservation on my phone the first desk clerk was able to locate it on her system. Diane, helped us out with our luggage as we are both senior citizens. One was using a cane. I know I can leave my car here and not have to worry about it. I like that we can pick any stall.

Shuttle pickup service.

We called on our returning date for pickup from FAT. It rang for a while until someone answered and was promised to be pickup in about 5 to 10 min. But we waited for more than 20min until another passenger showed up to pickup. Too long for the shuttle wait, since FAT is so close by.

Great way to go but be aware if there is an event in town and hotel full , there may actually be no spots available as was our situation . We almost missed our flight as we waited hopefully for a car to depart so we could park . The hotel staff just said “ parking is first come basis”.

I’ve used one stop parking several times when flying out of town. So easy to book online. I just park, fill out a quick paper and they call for the shuttle if it’s not already there. I’ve never had to wait. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I never have to worry about my car. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
