The lot was full when we arrived 10 minutes before our reserved time. They offered to valet the car for us but we weren’t aware that might be a possibility so didn’t have our valet card with us. Note for next time! Bring the card. Also the website was not working when trying to cancel the reservation: it must be cancelled before the start of reservation time for a full refund. Customer service said we could receive a partial refund of one day loss even though the call was placed three minutes prior to the start of our reservation. They finally agreed to a full refund. It was a stressful start to our trip, but the employees were kind and tried to be as helpful as possible.

the service that you have is excellent, I am very happy, the only thing I want is to be reimbursed for what I paid because in the parking lot I had to pay again 14:49 dollars They did not accept the payment I made online, I have my ticket and I receive of what you pay. On our way to Oakland airport I realized I left my phone in the car. Though we were early enough to check in our luggage, I told the driver that we have to return back to the parking lot because I had left my phone in the car. It was no trouble returning and the driver was so kind enough to drive the shuttle exactly where we were parked….I am so appreciative that he did that because it would have been a walk since I parked way in the back. Kindness no doubt were appreciated….Thank you🤗

The shuttle service is excellent. Be careful to the parking lot condition though A car was parked just in front of mine so I had hard time going out.

Easy in and out with great customer service. I was tired at night to the wait for the shuttle seemed to be very long. The price was very accessible and make it worth driving down instead of taking the airporter bus. Thank you.
