I’ve used this car service many times. Love the price but they need to get the air fixed in the van. So hot and when we arrived In port there was a much longer wait than usual. We almost walked to the lot and when the van finally arrived could only get half the people transported. Need to operate more vans during ship debarkation

The lot had a lot of potholes but it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't leave my corvette there but it was perfect for our class B camper van. We left it there while we were on a 4 day cruise and it was safe and secure. The check in process was smooth, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The shuttle was quick both ways. Drop off and pick up are in 2 different lots. They move your vehicle to a closer lot for pickup. It's a great value and we will definitely use them again (unless we are in our sports car)

Excellent service. Shuttle was there waiting when we arrived at lot to leave and was where he said he would be when we got back. Would definitely use again. Great price and friendly employees. Love them!

Practically across the street from Margaritaville at Sea Cruises. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Will be using them again on our next Tampa cruise.

Weird they moved my car from where I originally parked, and the gas tank was empty when I had at least a quarter tank when I parked. They were quick to the terminal which was nice.

They check over the car for damage prior to you leaving, and was real convenient when returning! More cruises booked and we’re gonna use 241 again!

The place was very easy to find. People were very nice. Felt safe. One big problem was the person checking us in and everyone else, was very overwhelmed with all the customers trying to get their car checked out for any damage, starches, dents or whatever damage that you're car may have, so you don't blame them for the damage later. We had to wait over a half hour to get checked in. Also pick up was not good, maybe a sign on there shuttle would have helped a lot. But the cruise ship changed the pick up location because of construction at the original drop-off location. So I can't blame them for that. That is why I said a sign on there shuttle would have really helped us find them.

This was our third time using the lot and each time the staff is courteous, prompt and very attentive.

Mr. Eddie and his crew are amazing. They always know you and greet you with warmth and caring for your needs.

Parking and shuttle were a breeze. It was not difficult to find. After coming back, the shuttle was already waiting and took us right to the lot. Reasonably priced. Would choose again.

Where do I start? First off your car doesn’t stay where you drop it off. That wasn’t clear in the booking information. We dropped car at 11:30 on Thursday. They had one shuttle and two boats leaving from different terminals. We waited on the street for 30 minutes for shuttle to come back. During that time I see my car being driven away towards Ybor parking lot (per shuttle driver). At 3:15 we are on the boat and car dealer calls and asks if we are ok because they got alert there’s a check engine light on. My car was supposed to be parked and secured at that time. Immediately called and the phone rings and rings and then goes to a Spanish answering machine. I called multiple times with same result. I found an email address and emailed them the situation and that I needed to know where’d my car was. About an hour later I get an alert from car app that says passenger window is down. Sent another email after reaching the Spanish voice mail. I have screen shots through the day, night, ALL DAY FRIDAY, and SATURDAY! I finally get a response from the lot Saturday afternoon with a video and pictures of my car. It is parked next to the street NOT in the secured lot. Everything appears ok but I’m still getting the alert that window is down and check engine error. Get home on Tuesday. Car is still parked in unsecured area. Open the car door and rolled window up. Car wouldn’t start. Every electrical code popped up. It’s only 6 mos old! Had to have it towed and get a rental car.

Not only was our car moved but the inside was trashed. The back of the inside had footprints all over the sides… it looked like you had let animals inside. Very disappointed! We will report your company to the cruise lines!

First off, I have to say that I made it to the cruise and back to my car after, and my car was safe while I was gone - those are the truly important parts. But I had to leave my car in the turn lane on the road when I arrived - there was no space to drop it off. I waited almost 45 minutes to get picked up after the cruise. So each direction it took about an hour from the lot to cruise check-in building. Some of the staff spoke abruptly and didn't explain things well. I understand that it was a week with a high number of customers, but they had many days to prepare to pick up that many people. I might use this parking company again as the price and location were good, but probably wouldn't do so during high season.

Drivers are always friendly and helpful. A change of pier by the ship can throw timing off as it did Sunday. The lot needs to be paved but that is probably not 241's control. Overall a good experience.

Lot is easy to find, shuttle service is timely and clean, and they run a nice loop on debarkation day.
