Arrival
Upon your arrival at the hotel, please check in with the front desk before parking your vehicle.

Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight, so please be sure to arrive at the parking facility before this 2-hour window.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 7:00 AM until 10:30 PM every hour, so please make sure to arrive early. If you choose to park outside of standard shuttle hours, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation, such as an Uber or cab, between the hotel and the airport.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel front desk at 403-475-1111 to arrange for your shuttle service. Once you have spoken with the desk, please proceed to the designated ground transportation pickup area for your flight:

• For international travel, please wait at Pillar #37 (across from Gate #16);

• For domestic travel, please wait at Pillar #16 (across from Gate #4).
