Arrival
Please check in with the valet agent at the designated drop-off area. We'll confirm your reservation, complete a quick digital vehicle inspection, assist with luggage, and securely store your vehicle nearby.

This is a Valet location, and you are required to leave your keys with our team.

Electric Vehicle / Tesla Drivers: Please be sure to bring a physical key or key card with you, as our valet team must have a way to move and store your vehicle. Reservations may not be accommodated without one, so we appreciate your help in planning ahead.

Transfer
No searching for parking or long walks. Simply hand off your vehicle and board our 24/7 shuttle for a fast transfer to your terminal, typically around 10–15 minutes from arrival during normal operating conditions.

Return
Call the shuttle upon return at Montréal–Trudeau Airport via the SMS you received. While you’re being transferred back, our team prepares your vehicle so it’s ready when you arrive at the facility
