Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk and present proof of your booking, either printed or on your mobile device.

Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight, so please ensure you arrive at the parking location before this 2-hour window.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to Midnight every 30 minutes to the airport.

Please note that no shuttle service is available during off-hours; guests traveling outside of operating hours may arrange their own transportation, such as Uber or Lyft.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 804-236-1111 or 804-892-6222 to request your airport pickup.

Pickups are available on demand during shuttle operating hours (5:00 AM to Midnight). Guests returning outside of operating hours may arrange their own transportation, such as Uber or Lyft.
