How does this work?

Once you have made your reservation online, an itinerary will be emailed to you providing you with the full address, telephone number and driving directions to the actual facility. Simply present your confirmation to the front desk or parking attendant and board the complimentary shuttle to your airport or seaport terminal. (We also recommend printing the reservation to bring with you.) When you return from your trip, call the location directly (The number is provided on your itinerary that was emailed to you when you made the reservation.) and request a pick up at your terminal and the location will send the shuttle to pick you up and bring you back to your vehicle. Once you have arrived at the location you do not have to go inside the location. Simply get into your vehicle and be on your way!

We use highly secure coding platforms that make it nearly impossible for cyber criminals to even attempt to penetrate our backend. Moreover, to be safe, we do not store your credit card details in any of our databases. Do I have to stay at the hotel?

NO ROOM RESERVATION REQUIRED. You simply park at the hotel, show your emailed itinerary to the front desk attendant, and board their complimentary shuttle to the airport.

Do I have to make a reservation to park?

YES, the facilities we work with ONLY accept prepaid reservations that are made on our site You have to reserve and pay online to take advantage of our special rates and parking options.

How and when do I pay?

Most of our locations are pre-paid only, which will read "Due Now" on our checkout page. However, some locations require a small deposit online, with the remaining balance due at the location, those will show "Due at Lot" on our checkout page. In either case, however, we offer free cancellation.

What if I have multiple/oversized vehicles?

Multiple Vehicles: We do allow parking for multiple vehicles. On the checkout page you can select "NUMBER OF SPACES".

Oversize Vehicles: ONLY a few locations allow oversize vehicles. Look under the VIEW MORE section on the search results page to find the information.

After I booked my spot

Where are you located?

OneStopParking does not own or operate any parking lots. We are a third party booking agency for airport and seaport parking. On the search results page we provide a map that shows exactly where the facility is located prior to booking. Upon confirmation you will be provided an itinerary that includes the full address, phone number, and driving directions to the facility. The directions are provided to you from your billing address to the parking facility's address from Google Maps and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We will not be held responsible for the accuracy of these directions. We advise that you plan your route ahead of time as adjustments may be necessary.

What if I can’t print my reservation?

Most locations will accept your confirmation shown off a smart device. But to confirm, you MUST click on VIEW MORE on our search results page, to see the specifics for the location you have chosen. Some locations do require a printed confirmation. If a printed confirmation is not provided, the location has the right to refuse your reservation, without a refund.

How do I get to and from the airport/seaport?

All of our parking facilities provide complimentary shuttle to and from the airport between specified hours on our website and on your emailed itinerary. Once you have returned from your trip, call the location directly for a pick up. Please do NOT call OneStopParking, as we are a nationwide company, and don't handle the hotel/parking facilities shuttle operations.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my email itinerary?

After completing and submitting your booking, you should receive an itinerary page with your Reservation Details and Confirmation. If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail, please check the Spam or Junk folder in your e-mail account to ensure that your confirmation e-mail was not auto-filtered to that folder. You may also want to add to your "allowed" senders list so you can receive free e-mail alerts about savings, specials. If you still have not received it you can find it HERE.

What is the difference between Valet and Self-parking?

Valet Parking: When you arrive at the parking facility, you leave your vehicle with staff at the entrance and it will be parked for you. The location will keep your keys in their lockbox.

Self-Parking: When you arrive at the parking facility, you will park your vehicle yourself and keep your keys with you at all times.

What time should I arrive for drop off/pickup?

Drop off time:  Unless stated otherwise in the receipt, we recommend, for domestic flights, at least 2 hours prior to the departure and at least 3 hours prior to international flights departure.

Pick up time:  We recommend, for domestic flights, add approximately 45 minutes, and for international flights add 1 ½ to 2 hours after your arrival time.

Can I get to my car after the shuttles have stopped running?

Some hotels do not run shuttle operations 24/7. When parking at a hotel, you always have access to your vehicle 24/7/365 whether by shuttle or taxi or any other means, even if shuttle hours are over. Professional parking facilities’ hours of operation are determined by each facility and if the lot is closed you may no longer be able to access your vehicle.

Changes & Cancellation

What is Trip Protection?

Plans can change, sometimes last minute, which means you may lose your non-refundable booking. $2.99 is a low price to pay for your peace of mind.

With trip protection, you are guaranteed to receive a full refund up to 24 hours after your drop-off date. No questions asked, you automatically receive your FULL refund – excluding the initial fee of $2.99.

Trip protection can only be purchased at the time of making the reservation and cannot be added after the reservation has been made.

What is OneStopParking’s Cancellation Policy?

Free cancellation of your reservation for a FULL REFUND any time up to and including your scheduled arrival date and time. If credits were used for some or all of your reservation that amount will be refunded in the same form. You may cancel your reservation by the following ways:

We will not accept any cancellation after the scheduled arrival date and time. We do offer TRIP PROTECTION for a small fee that will secure your reservation 24 hours after booking in case any unforeseen incidents do occur. Please be sure to cancel in advance to qualify for a full refund.

Can I change a reservation(s)?

You can modify any reservation that has not yet ended, simply click HERE or go to . If you’re extending, you will be charged the current daily rates (and appropriate taxes) with no surcharges. If you’re shortening your reservation we will process the refund unless the refund period has passed (reservation has already started). We do NOT refund any unused or partially used reservation days once the reservation has started.

What if I am running late or early?

We allow a grace period of up to 3 hours before and after the times on your reservation. If you are running outside of the grace period please contact us on so that we can adjust your reservation and notify the parking location to avoid towing or premium charges. We do not refund any unused or partially used reservations

Rewards Program

How do I earn OSP points?

Every time you make a purchase on, you earn 100 point per $1 spent, excluding taxes & fees. You can only view your points when you are signed in. If you do not have an account, you can easily create one.

When will my points expire?


How do I spend my points?

When signed in, the number of points required per day will be displayed below the rate. When selecting and checking out, you may click on USE MY POINTS to redeem your reward points towards big savings.

Why are my points not up to date?

Points earned are usually credited to your account after your trip ends. Generally, please allow 1-2 days for changes in your points to take effect.

How much am I saving with points?

Each location is different depending on their level of participation and on your tier level. We always try to get you as much as possible. On average, an Ivory member saves 10% while a Gold member saves up to 30%.

What happens if I cancel?

As long as you cancel prior to the booking (or if you have trip protection), you will be refunded all the points and all the money you paid. In Full.

Can use coupon codes and redeem Reward Points in the same reservation?

To maximize your points discount with our providers, we are unable to combine coupon and points discounts in the same reservation. However, you may use a coupon code for your first reservation, which will earn you additional points that you can redeem in your next reservation for a bigger discount.
