Shuttle Information
Arrival
Upon your arrival, please present a printed copy of your reservation to the front desk to receive your parking pass.
Please note that leaving the lot without displaying a valid pass will result in towing or booting at the vehicle owner's expense, with no refund or compensation.
We ask that you allow an extra 30 minutes to complete the parking registration form, obtain your pass, park, and be transported to the airport.
Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight, so please ensure you arrive at the parking facility ahead of this 2-hour window.
Please note that this reservation is strictly for personal vehicle parking and is not intended for commercial drop-off or pickup purposes, such as rental cars.
Transfer
Shuttle runs 24/7 on demand and does not operate on a fixed time schedule.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 775-348-6370 to request your return shuttle service.
