Won’t Use Again
When I booked it said there was a shuttle service. When we got there they said there wasn’t one. Same thing when I returned. Will not be using again.

Abandoned at the airport
I’m not someone who gives reviews. I had a good time talking with the driver who took me to the airport. He is a great man. However where my predicament began is when I returned with my family. My wife and 13 months old baby and there was no one to pick us up on Saturday at 5:15 pm. The lady who answered my call said that you guys do not pick people up on Saturdays. I was never told when I snooker a spot that there was no pickups from the airport on Saturday. I was stranded with my family at the Idaho falls airport. I started downloading Uber and called a friend who drove from Rexburg to pick us up. What if I did not know anybody in Rexburg? That was terrible and not a good experience.

Pick this agency the next time you have to park Long Term instead of being ripped off by the Idaho Falls airport. Convenient, secure & quick response time to get you back & forth. They're my new Best Friend when flying out of I.F.

Wonderful customer service
I will definitely use them again. There was an incident where when I arrived they were not alerted of my reservation or need for transportation to the airport. They made sure I made it to my flight, calling around to find the best avenue to get me there. Everyone was great, at drop-off and pick up.
